Client Testimonials

"Thank you very much for the opportunity to share my thoughts regarding Johnson Paterson Inc. We have had the pleasure of working with this outstanding mechanical contractor for the past eight years. As a water treatment company specializing in the supply of water treatment products and services, we have enjoyed an excellent relationship with them.

Johnson Paterson Inc. is a company of great character and integrity. They conduct business ethically, pay their bills on time, and have always treated us fairly. These qualities are increasingly rare today, and I assure you that they remain committed to these principles.

I have also had the pleasure of developing personal friendships with Kevin Kingston and Barry Keough. They are among the finest gentlemen I have ever met, both highly knowledgeable and professional. Waterside Consulting Inc. is proud to be associated with a contractor like Johnson Paterson Inc., and I am confident that any supplier or customer would feel the same."

"Our organization and I have been working with Johnson Paterson Inc. since 1993, during which time they have provided us with excellent service and support for the Cleaver Brooks heating boilers and systems. Their service and sales staff have always treated me with great respect and a high degree of professionalism.

In 2006, Johnson Paterson Inc. was awarded the contract to supply and install a new domestic hot water system for our 27-story commercial office towers located in downtown Toronto. The turnkey project involved the removal of a single large gas-fired boiler, which was replaced by a smaller, high-efficiency boiler in conjunction with two storage tanks. The project was completed on schedule, and the service technicians from Johnson Paterson were a pleasure to work with. We were extremely satisfied with the finished product, and over the past five years, the system has met and exceeded our expectations.

I can confidently recommend Johnson Paterson Inc. as a solid and reliable boiler service contractor and experts in their field."

"We have used Johnson Paterson Inc. to service our boilers at CAMH - Centre for Addiction and Mental Health across multiple locations for many years. Their sales and service technicians have always been extremely professional and knowledgeable. We have purchased various boiler makes and associated equipment, and we have always been extremely satisfied with the end results.

We highly recommend Johnson Paterson Inc.’s services and equipment offerings to others in the Health and Services industry."
