How often should I service my boiler?

The TSSA outlines the minimum inspection intervals as required by code, which is every 1 or 2 years, depending on the equipment specifications. We recommend a complete internal and external inspection on an annual basis, but ultimately the frequency is up to your insurance inspector if they would like to see the service completed for frequently.

What types of maintenance do you offer?

We offer emergency service, preventative maintenance, as well as annual service contracts.

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes, we have technicians on call 24/7 to respond to any boiler room situation you may have

Can you perform weld repairs?

Yes, we have certified welders that can perform repairs on the pressure vessel, tubes, or whatever else may need repairing in your boiler room.

How often do I need to replace parts on my boiler?

There are a few consumables which we recommend replacing during routine maintenance, such as ignition electrodes, gauge glass and gasket seals. TSSA requires that safety relief valve(s) must also be replaced every 5 or 6 years, depending on whether the equipment is for steam or hot water applications.
